Creating a bootable system using UEFI.

How to install Windows 10 onto a large disk (over 2 TB) using a GPT (GUID Partition Table). You need a GPT partition to create a partition larger than 2T.


  3. Connect a USB Windows 10 UEFI install key.
  4. Boot the system into the BIOS (for example, using F2 or the Delete key)
  5. Locate the Boot Options Menu.
  6. Set Launch CSM to Enabled. ...
  7. Set Boot Device Control to UEFI Only.
  8. Set Boot from Storage Devices to UEFI driver first.
  9. Save your changes and restart the system.
