  Have a go at this puzzle...... you can check your answer here . This is a very popular maths puzzle. The puzzle is very easy to do provide you follow some rules and pay attention.  So have you completed the puzzle? The way to go wrong with this puzzle is to just give it a quick glance, but have you noticed the subtle changes on line 4?  You also need to pay attention to detail. Note last line has 1 spanner, 1 man holding 2 spanners and wearing 1 hat and holding 1 hat, and 1 hat We need to obey Maths rules when performing multiple operations of addition, subtraction, division and multiplication (BODMAS) 1st Line  (5 x 2) + (5 x 2) + (5 x 2) = 30     6 spanners = 30 so  1 Spanner = 5 2nd Line Man + Man + 2 Spanners = 20 Man + Man + 10 = 20      so 2 men = 10 5 + 5 + (5 x 2) = 20     Man = 5 3rd line 2 Hats + 2Hats +Man= 13 as 1 man =5 then 4 hats =8, so 1 hat =2 (2 x 2) + (2 x 2) + 5 = 13     Hat = 2 4th line Spanner + (Man+Hat+Hat+2 spanners) x Hat = ? 5 + (5+2+2+5+5) X 2 5 + 19 x 2 U

Windows 10 Sounds system, HDMI Optical and analog audio *

I have been using a SONY STR-DN860 via HDMI for the audio connections from a Windows10 PC and the picture to my 4K Monitor using is sent via a Display Port cable. The DP connection is using 4:4:4 so I get a very good picture. I find HDMI sub standard, colour depth for DP is 10 bpc and HDMI 8 bpc. My AVR does not have DP connections. This works well for me but has some drawbacks. With HDMI and DP video from my GPU (AMD RX480) Windows thinks I have two screens (which is fine), I don't need a second screen so I clone the two video outputs (via Windows) and I can forget that. As DP is v1.2 it does not support HDCP 2.2, am waiting for DP v1.4 for a new monitor and GPU card which supports DP v1.4 but at present are very rare and expensive. I have also used Optical to AVR but obviously that has limitations. Not sure this helps you in any way but works for me for now. Netgear AX1800 RAX20 review Recently purchased from Amazon.co.uk The Netgear RAX20 is a WiFi 6 device. Supports Wireless 2.4GHz b/g/n/ax and 5GHz a/n/ac/ax. So far this router has proved to be very capable and has cured the problems I had using Virgin Media HUB3. It caters for most of the requirements of a typical home. We are heavy networking users with 2 people working from home, forever watching NETFLIX in 4K and football matches via SKY and BT Sports. So far no issues but early days. 4th Nov 2020 Happy to report all home has better WiFi coverage and much more stable. Best of all the dreaded Virgin Media hub has been relegated to modem mode. The frequent reboots of the VM router are no longer required, thankfully. My review on Amazon: The Netgear RAX20 is connected to a Virgin Media HUB3 (in Modem Mode), all working fine.
